Karen Gresham, LMFT
A graduate of the University of Rhode Island and CCSU, Karen Gresham has been counseling individuals, couples and families for over 20 years, both in the hospital and private practice settings. She was admitted as a Clinical Member of AAMFT in 1997.
Karen provides support and counseling to help clients address their personal life challenges. She uses a systems approach to resource- oriented, solution focused therapy. Together with her clients, she collaborates to assist them to gain new insights and learn new tools to improve their life’s journey.
She provides a warm and comfortable environment in which clients are free to explore their struggles and goals.
Karen has been a CT Licensed Marital and Family therapist since 1995. She treats a wide variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, adjustment problems, grief, parenting, social skills, relationship issues and life cycle transitions.
She sees clients from age 13 through adulthood.
